I have led large-scale capacity building programs for adolescents, teachers, youth and rural women across roles of funding partner, technical advisor as well as direct implementer in India, Bhutan, Cameroon, Maldives and Nigeria. I enjoy conceptualizing evidence-based capacity building programs, road mapping and team management, managing program budgets and instituting M&E processes.

I have worked with 10+ organizations, including UNESCO MGIEP, UNFPA India, Aga Khan Foundation, Pravah (Delhi), YP Foundation (Delhi) and other nonprofits to design and implement over 20 trainings, curriculums, and courses including in-person, blended and online training for over 51.5LK individuals.

I have evaluated capacity building programs on comprehensive sexuality education, active citizenship, and life skills and digital pedagogy and written articles, research papers, policy recommendations that have been presented in conferences and published in magazines and journals.

Additionally, I conduct research to advance the application of tech-enabled learning, bridging the gap between research and practice and host Learning Designers Meetup to facilitate cross learning between learning designers in K12, Higher education and Industry sectors.
